Something is stirring within.
Maybe you are feeling restless, scattered, unfocused?
Maybe you are feeling the strange pull of time as we are suddenly sucked toward the last few months of this year.
Maybe time feels like it is always slipping away from you in a never ending slide.
Maybe you have been too busy to notice, after all ...
haircuts, oil changes, work and school supplies have been the priority.
have you begun to notice the subtle shift in light each day or the leaves beginning to change on the trees.
perhaps you have started to get in bed earlier, felt the desire to make soup and turn inward?
maybe you have started to feel like it is time to slow down, shift gears and watch more sunsets?
It might not be an either/or situation. In fact, life rarely is.
But there is a remedy for all that late night scrolling, discontent and uncertainty.
There is a cure for your disconnection, distraction, unease and fear.
It is time to tend our inner gardens.
Your own inner landscape and wisdom is profound.
YOU are the expert on you.
I know it can be hard to get to that place within, where you can trust yourself and feel deeply connected to your intuition.
I know that life can feel so loud and busy, that it may feel physically uncomfortable to BE with yourself and your inner inquiry or knowing.
It makes sense, the world is fast and loud and confusing and there are things on the list of To Do's that never seem to get done.
It's OK. It is OK. You are ok, as is. Right now.
We are all doing our best right now.
What I am finding is that the more I clear things out of my space and my life that are draining my energy, the easier it is to tune into those quiet whispers, within.
As much as I want someone to do it for me....and boy do I!
I know that the places I can get to, when I do the deep work of excavation are all the more powerful.
I know this too, we can't do it alone. We need support and connection.
Someone to hold the space for our learning.
Someone to guide us to the places we need to look at most.
We need a witness, someone to reflect and someone to be our cheerleader.
Seek these souls out. Make a commitment to yourself and the ever unfolding beauty of your future self.
For now, and until then, perhaps put some attention to the energy leaks in your life and consider ways to remedy them.
Maybe go to bed early or watch a sunset.
Ask your body what it knows.
This is your intuition in action.
